Developed to help out with the technical support team, the GhostMyPCŪ is a tool that has helped KreateckŪ become
as efficient as possible. GhostMyPCŪ opened doors for us here in KreateckŪ with the ability of "ghosting" our technical support team to whatever computer
they needed to be at reduced the amount of time that was needed to help a client out with specific technical issues.
Using their own compression algorithims, the engineers here in KreateckŪ have been able to efficiently send and receive
information between two computers using the internet. With this technology, our technical support team is able to access remotely to any of our clients
computer that has the GhostMyPCŪ open on their computer.
